Free Trial First
Every monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial that requires no payment details. If the plan is not for you, simply let it lapse — nothing is charged and the introductory materials are yours to keep.
Monthly Plans
After the trial, plans bill monthly with no lock-in. Cancel any time before your renewal date and you keep full access until the current month ends. Because your custom plan, recipes and coaching time are prepared for you personally, completed months are non-refundable.
Single Consultations
One-off sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are refunded in full or rescheduled free of charge. Missed appointments without notice are charged at the full session rate.

Email hello@sorrelwickstudio.com with your name and booking details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days.
